Is E2M Kitchen a subscription?
Yes, E2M Kitchen meals are a weekly or bi-weekly subscription. If you need to skip a week, change your meal quantity, delivery frequency, or cancel your service, you can do so within your subscription dashboard.
Are the meals in line with the E2M Fitness Program?
All meals in the "Eager" category support the E2M Fitness steady track program. All meals in the “Maintain" category support the E2M Fitness maintenance program. Some items may vary from the authorized list in E2M Fitness, but these variations will not impact your fitness journey.
Can I customize my meals?
While we don’t customize individual meals, each week you can choose from the 25 different meals offered.

How often does the menu change?
We add new and exciting meals every week!
Can I change the frequency that I receive meals?
Yes! You can change the frequency of meals you recieve from within your account dashboard.
What days of the week can I expect my meal delivery?
We begin processing orders for shipment on Monday of each week. You will recieve your shipments every week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday depending on your location. You will recieve a tracking number once your order has shipped with the specifics of your delivery.
Is your facility allergen free?
Our facility is dairy-free and gluten-free. We have potential allergens including but not limited to eggs, nuts, shellfish, and soy. Always refer to product labeling for allergen information.
